At this time we do not bill insurance, so all care is private pay.

Or, you can submit charges to your Longterm Care insurance.

We would love to create a custom care schedule for you.  guidelines are as follows: 

Aide or concierge care: minimum 12hrs/week  $63/hr 

RN Care and/or case management:  Minimum 6 hrs/month $150/hr.

All patients will have a RN Case Manager assigned to them.

the following packages are designed to help people budget their care and make decisions about schedules.  

Packages: 

Package A: Weekly medication box fill with monthly foot and nail care. Done by RN. $600/month.

Package B: Aide or Concierge Care with 4 hour shift minimum and minimum of 12 hrs/week and

RN: minimum 6 hrs/month.  Total: $3,624/month. 

Can add additional hours as needed.

Package C:  Aide or medical escort with 4 hour shift minimum and minimum of 24hrs/week and RN with min 6 hrs/month.  Total $6,648/month.
